Develop & Expand Business: Identify and close new Builder’s Risk opportunities in the construction sector.
Build Key Relationships: Become a trusted advisor for developers, general contractors, and project managers.
Provide Expert Coverage Solutions: Structure tailored Builder’s Risk programs for projects of all sizes.
Advise on Risk Management: Guide clients on minimizing construction-related exposures.
Leverage HubSpot CRM: Track leads, manage client relationships, and streamline sales.
Collaborate with Underwriters: Secure competitive coverage terms to win deals.
Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed sales targets for new business and renewals.
Active RIBO License (Required)
3+ Years of Commercial Insurance Experience (Construction/Builder’s Risk preferred)
Proven Sales Success – You’re a hunter who thrives on building a book of business.
Construction Industry Expertise – Deep understanding of project lifecycles & insurance needs.
Relationship & Negotiation Skills – You know how to close deals and build lasting partnerships.
CRM Proficiency – Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms to track sales & pipeline.
Lucrative Compensation – Earn 80% commission on first-year new business.
Book of Business Vesting – Build long-term ownership in your portfolio.
