Insurance Broker

As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referring new business. You will build lasting relationships with customers daily, helping to protect what matters most to them.

Typical Daily Responsibilities:

• Providing quotes and selling new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email.
• Assisting customers with the purchase of home and auto policies.
• Managing and building customer relationships to meet sales targets.
• Following up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
• Conducting sales calls for new business and timely renewal calls for existing customers.

The Value You Bring:

• No experience necessary; training provided for unlicensed candidates.
• RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer programs.
• Excellent professional communication skills in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Prior experience achieving sales targets in similar roles.
• Experience with EPIC is an asset.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (contract)

Location: West Kelowna, BC

Compensation Range: $45,000 - $61,000
