What You\'ll Be Doing :

  • Be the hero for our Personal and Commercial Lines clients by solving, supporting and delivering standout service.
  • Manage and nurture an existing book of business with confidence and care.
  • Jump into sales opportunities with the backing of a supportive, forward-thinking leadership.
  • Roll up your sleeves and support office operations that keep the team running smoothly.
  • Engage in training, development and local community marketing initiatives to grow business and relationships through your involvement.
  • Unlock bonus potential and salary growth as you excel.

What You Bring to the Table :

  • Your RIBO License plus at least 3 years experience working in a traditional brokerage setting.
  • Strong communicator, open collaborator and someone the team wants to work with.
  • Proven customer service savvy with a calm, clear and always client-focused approach.
  • Highly organized, detail-obsessed and deadline-driven.
  • Constant learner with a coachable mindset and able to manage feedback positively by turning it into action.
  • Proactive, not reactive and able to spot the need before it becomes a problem.
  • Experience managing multiple insurance portals and SigXP or other broker management systems.
