Duties

Manage sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.

• Generate new business through existing networks and Centers of influence
• Review quotes and recommends coverage based on individual consumer needs..
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively market insurance products.
• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure the best coverage options for clients.
• Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with their insurance policies.
• Flexibility to work from office or home

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong background in customer service with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
• Ability to analyze market trends and client needs to develop effective insurance solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and tools is advantageous.
