Job summary

Western Financial Group in Cranbrook, BC is seeking an Insurance Broker to meet sales targets by quoting and referring new business. You will build lasting relationships with customers, helping protect what matters most to them, through phone, in-person and email interactions.

Typical day includes providing quotes, selling new policies for home and auto, managing client relationships to meet targets, following up on accounts, and making renewal calls.

Qualifications

• You do not need experience, if unlicensed, we would provide applicable training for the right candidate.
• General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
• You must be able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
• Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
• Working experience in EPIC an asset

Insurance Broker

As an Insurance Broker you are responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and by referring new business. Every day you will build lasting relationships with your customers, helping to protect what matters most to them.
