Job description

Integris Insurance Services is growing and is looking for Insurance professionals for both the 5th & Central branch and the River Point branch in Prince George.

The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

For both locations, we are seeking candidates who are currently licensed at Level 1 or 2.

Both positions are permanent, full-time roles. While licensed candidates are preferred, we encourage applications from individuals eager to enter the insurance industry. We are committed to providing comprehensive training for qualified candidates with the right aptitude and enthusiasm

Salary range for a Level 1 Insurance Representative: $21.01 to $25.96 per hour.

Salary range for a Level 2 Insurance Representative: $23.11 to $28.12 per hour.

Salary range for a Level 3 Insurance Representative: $25.21 to $30.28 per hour.

Main accountabilities include

• Member Support & Problem Resolution: Address member inquiries, process transactions, resolve account errors, and effectively manage complaints.
• Claims & Payment Handling: Assist clients with claims, respond to emergencies, collect payments, balance cash, and perform ICBC batching tasks.
• Service, Sales & Product Knowledge: Identify client needs, provide product information, cross-sell, meet sales targets, and process insurance transactions (e.g., renewals, endorsements, cancellations).
• Administrative Support: Book appointments, coordinate schedules, and provide support to team members.
• Professional Development: Proactively manage career growth by setting and reviewing goals with supervisors.
