Actively recruiting for the following locations: Ajax, Brock, Clarington, Oshawa, Pickering, Scugog, Uxbridge, Whitby.

What is the opportunity?

As an accredited Life & Wealth Advisor (HLLQP / LLQP), you will provide integrated life insurance planning and advice to your network of referrals and new RBC clients. Your understanding of RBC Insurance Life, Whole Life, Living Benefits, & Wealth products allows you to offer tailored solutions based on client needs. You will also prospect and network actively, supported by internal partners who help deepen client relationships through opportunity spotting and honest sales practices.

Job Summary

Responsibilities include connecting with clients to understand their life events, promoting a client-first mindset in a digital environment, developing client relationships using Salesforce, contributing to team sales success, expanding networks through referrals, reviewing business results, and aligning with RBC’s vision of trust and success.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

  • Post-secondary degree or equivalent
  • Business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Life / A&S License (HLLQP / LLQP), or willingness to complete before start
  • 1-2+ years of professional sales experience in the Insurance Industry
  • Existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence
  • Digital literacy with various systems and tools

Nice to have

  • Fluent in English and other languages
  • Strong communication skills
  • Industry Designations: CFP, CLU, CHS
