What We’re Looking For
Our Community Branch Network Division is seeking a client-focused Insurance Advisor. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

Our Aldergrove location is located within the Countryside Centre shopping centre on Fraser Highway. As a long-time member of the community, we are proud to service the Aldergrove area with their auto, home and travel insurance needs.

Requirements

• Level 1 General Insurance License
• 6+ months of previous insurance experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; someone experienced in building relationships with clients through excellent customer service
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a high sales drive and initiative

• You have or are working towards an industry designation

A Day in the Life

• Providing ICBC and private auto coverage
• Assisting in the office by helping customers at the counter, answering phones, and handling various tasks
• Handling customer complaints professionally and empathetically
• Setting and adhering to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales
• Ensuring compliance with all insurer, Insurance Council of BC, and Privacy Act rules and regulations
• Managing ICBC inventory and ensuring proper handling of documentation and funds
• Continuing your professional development to enhance your skills
• Representing HUB and living up to our values, mission, and vision
• Traveling between community branches may be required to support business needs
