What We’re Looking For

Our Community Branch Network Division is expanding, and we’re seeking a client-focused Insurance Advisor! We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Our Richmond location is our largest and busiest branch, situated in the largest auto mall in Western Canada, servicing multiple dealerships within the Richmond Auto Mall.

Requirements

• Level 1 General Insurance License
• 6+ months of insurance experience, ideally as a Road Advisor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experienced in building client relationships with a customer service mindset
• Entrepreneurial spirit with high sales drive and initiative
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for dealership visits

Asset experience that will stand out:

• Industry designation or working towards one
• Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese

A Day in the Life

• Providing ICBC and private auto coverage in-office and at dealerships
• Assisting in the office by helping customers, answering calls, and other tasks
• Handling customer complaints professionally
• Managing production budgets for ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales
• Ensuring compliance with insurer, Insurance Council of BC, and Privacy Act regulations
• Controlling ICBC inventory and handling documentation and funds accurately
• Continuing professional development to enhance skills
• Upholding HUB values, mission, and vision daily
