Compensation

The hourly range for this role is $21.20 to $26.50, based on a 35-hour work week. The actual salary will depend on qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity.

Candidate Profile

• Proven sales achievement
• Ability to build authentic client relationships
• Strong time management, confidentiality, and discretion
• Insurance Broker Level 1 license or pursuing CAIB/CIP (training supported)
• Industry experience of 6+ months (preferred)
