Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for a Insurance Advisor in Cranbrook, BC at our Cranbrook Street office. Do you love talking about insurance and providing exceptional client service? If so, you will love working for Westland! We are looking for a career-minded individual who is strong in sales and focused on growing their insurance industry knowledge and experience.

Expected Compensation: The hourly hiring range for this role is $21.20 to $26.50 based on a 35-hour work week. The actual salary offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, market conditions, and internal equity.

As an Insurance Advisor, you will promote and educate clients on insurance products, manage client relationships, and help grow our presence in the local community. You should have a proven sales background, with strong skills in identifying client needs, recommending solutions, and closing sales.
