Insurance Advisor

As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets through quotes and referrals of new business. Each day, you will build lasting relationships with customers, helping to protect what matters most to them.

Typical Daily Responsibilities
  1. Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email.
  2. Assist customers with the purchase of home and auto policies.
  3. Manage and build customer relationships to meet insurance sales targets.
  4. Follow up on client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
  5. Conduct sales calls for new business and timely renewal calls for existing customers.
Candidate Value Proposition
  • No experience required; training provided for unlicensed candidates.
  • General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset.
  • Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Prior experience achieving sales targets in similar roles is preferred.
  • Experience with EPIC system is an asset.

Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hours per week
