Insurance Account Manager, Private Client / Concierge

Position Details:

About The Role:

We believe in building strong personal relationships based on trust, transparency, and open communication. We seek an experienced Private Client Insurance Broker / Client Manager to attract, build, and retain relationships with VIP / high-net-worth clients by providing superior service and tailored recommendations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional value to clients by identifying exposures and advising on appropriate solutions.
  2. Coordinate with the backend service team for applications, specifications, and marketing strategies for new and renewal business.
  3. Provide professional client service regarding coverage, billing, claims, audits, etc.
  4. Manage relationships with Centers of Influence to grow the portfolio.
  5. Attend industry and carrier training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
  6. Function as a first-line underwriter, qualifying and promoting quality business.
  7. Achieve new business targets and identify revenue growth opportunities through cross-selling and referrals.
  8. Maintain long-term relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and staff.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO License in good standing required.
  • Over 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with Private Client / VIP coverage with high limits.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and carrier products (e.g., Chubb, Intact, Aviva).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude focused on client satisfaction and business success.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability to change.
  • Proficiency in computer skills; EPIC experience is an asset.
  • Working towards or holding professional designations (e.g., CAIB, CIP, CRM).
