About the Role

Our commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage partners help protect corporations and nonprofits across Canada from various risks. Our leaders foster a collaborative environment focused on exceptional client service.

The Alberta Commercial Lines Division is seeking an Account/Client Manager to interact with clients daily and develop relationships with clients and carrier representatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in preparing applications, specifications, and marketing strategies for new business and renewals.
  • Provide professional customer service via phone, email, and walk-ins regarding coverage, billing, claims, and audits.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth through cross-selling and referrals.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal staff.
What You Bring
  • Alberta General License in good standing.
  • Over 3 years of industry experience, preferably in broking or underwriting.
  • Experience with Mid-Market Risks, especially large accounts with premiums over $25,000.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and decisive.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Extensive insurance carrier relationships and proficiency with EPIC and Microsoft Office Suite.
