Role Overview

As an Account Executive, you will leverage your insurance expertise to prospect and acquire new clients, ensuring they have suitable coverage. This is a remote/hybrid position with paid licensing and training.

Typical Day

  • Prospect and up-sell to clients across all lines of business.
  • Maintain work-life balance with flexible scheduling to meet sales targets.
  • Generate new business through networking and building referral sources.
  • Foster retention by building strong client relationships and providing quality advice.
  • Navigate online insurance portals to process applications.
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to meet guidelines.
  • Liaise with clients and insurance partners to ensure fair representation.
  • Engage in continuous industry and community development.

Candidate Profile

  • Passionate about helping people protect their assets.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and earning potential.
  • Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communicator in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • RIBO license preferred; training provided if unlicensed, with license obtained within three months.

Salary Range: Guaranteed income plus 50% commission on new business and 30% on renewals.
