Responsibilities:
This Personal Lines Insurance Broker will manage a book of business, provide excellent Customer Service and have flexibility on how you manage your business – whether you would like to pursue a sales-driven career or service-focused.

  • Assist walk-in clients and discuss their insurance needs
  • Answer phone calls from clients when available
  • Create and produce insurance policies
  • Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clients
  • Complete policy reviews and renewals

Qualifications:

  • Level 1 Alberta license, Level 2 preferred
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Personal Lines Insurance sales and service
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Benefits & Perks:

  • $50,000 – $60,000 base salary depending on relevant years of experience + commission on new business and renewals + performance bonus
