Engineering For Kids is looking for an enthusiastic Instructor to engage children in hands-on STEM activities during summer camp. The position requires assisting in classroom organization and maintaining a positive learning environment. This temporary role runs from July 7 to August 30, 2025, with mandatory training in June.

About Us:
At Engineering For Kids, we spark curiosity and creativity in children ages 4–14 through hands-on STEM programs. From after-school classes and summer camps to birthday parties and full-time alternative schooling aligned with the Ontario curriculum, we make learning meaningful and fun.

Position: Instructor
Contract: July 7 – August 30, 2025
Training: Mandatory paid 3-hour session in June (Chatham)
Opportunities: Potential part-time/full-time employment after summer

Camp Locations:
Belle River – 2 weeks in July & 2 weeks in August
Chatham –4 weeks in July & 4 weeks in August

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and classroom organization
• Support and engage students during hands-on STEM activities
• Help manage materials and support lesson delivery
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and energetic learning environment
• Follow all safety and organizational procedures

Requirements:
• Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children
• Must be able to travel independently to assigned program locations (own vehicle not required)
• Reliable and collaborative team player
• Must attend June training (paid)
Note: Instructors will have access to the curriculum in advance for personal preparation, but reviewing it is optional
