Brock University is hiring a part-time instructor for the 'Programming for Interactive Media' course. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least three years of experience with Unity, and familiarity with C#. Instructors will engage directly with students and oversee course administration.

Compensation
Effective September 1, 2024 - $7,471.08 per half course (195 hours nominally)
Effective September 1, 2024 - $14,942.17 per full course (390 hours nominally)
Please note: Instructors employed in a 2-hour/week lecture or equivalent are responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course.
Duties
Duties and responsibilities will be in accordance with Article 22.01 of the Collective Agreement. These include scheduled contact time with students, preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking, grading, and course administration, including grade appeals and cases of academic dishonesty.

· Part-time Graduate Students and Non-Students shall not accept appointments exceeding the maximum regular hours under the Employment Standards Act, unless prior approval is obtained.
