Northlands College is seeking an Instructor Aide, Post Secondary Programs for our campus located in La Ronge. The Instructor Aide will work as part of a team dedicated to the success of students registered in post secondary program. This position is responsible for assisting the instructors as may be required, supporting with students’ applications/registrations, monitoring student activities and providing feedback to the supervisor and generally Promoting a positive learning environment.
The Instructor Aide is an in-scope position reporting to the University Coordinator. Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years relevant post-secondary diploma. This is a term, full time position. The term starts September 14, 2026 and ends on June 15, 2027
