Your opportunity :

As a Digital Learning Instructional Designer in the Executive Programs Department, you will manage the development of online course content, build digital learning modules, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content quality and branding adherence.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Advising instructors on curriculum development and delivery strategies
  • Consulting with instructors and administrators on program needs
  • Developing digital learning modules and assessments
  • Implementing instructional program components
  • Designing instructional plans involving educational technologies
  • Analyzing and evaluating program effectiveness
  • Researching educational technologies and best practices

Essential Qualifications :

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in online education planning and instructional technology support
  • Knowledge of online educational tools, pedagogy, and evaluation
  • Experience working with faculty to develop online content
  • Proficiency with digital learning authoring tools and LMS
  • Knowledge of assessment resources and industry standards
  • Video filming and editing skills
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
