  • Manage course development, ensuring timelines are met and resources are appropriately utilized.

  • Engage with clients, Subject Matter Experts, and stakeholders to ensure content and delivery align with business goals and learner needs.
  • Test course effectiveness on the learning management system and document findings.
  • Maintain project documentation and course folders.
  • Serve as a technical resource for internally developed and presented programs.

Business needs may require employees to work beyond their normal hours, and our flexible approach supports this, along with accommodating personal matters.

  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • 2+ years’ experience with Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline).
  • Excellent written communication skills for effective instructional text.
  • Self-starter, flexible, able to work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Relationship-building skills and openness to feedback.
  • Programming knowledge is an asset.
  • Familiarity with other eLearning tools like Captivate, Camtasia, Lectora, or similar is an asset.
  • Audio/video editing skills are an asset.

This role requires fluency in English, both written and oral, to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
