Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with clients, subject matter experts, leadership, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to assess training needs and develop effective training programs, tools, and materials.
  2. Employ adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) to create training content to meet learning objectives.
  3. Review and maintain the effectiveness of online, instructor-led, and blended learning programs, ensuring content accuracy and suitable delivery methods.
  4. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for course registration, reporting, and analyzing learning patterns and gaps.
  5. Use needs analysis to determine learning objectives and recommend appropriate interventions and delivery methods.
  6. Generate and update course catalogs, communicating revisions to stakeholders.
  7. Coach instructors on instructional design and provide feedback on delivery.
  8. Provide general and non-technical training as needed.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Undergraduate degree in Instructional Design or Adult Education.
  • Minimum 5 years of instructional design experience, including curriculum development for various delivery methods.
  • Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience administering and supporting Learning Management Systems.
Additional Information

This is a full-time temporary position with a hybrid work schedule, offering both on-site and remote work within B.C.

Salary ranges from $8,236 to $9,896 per month, with benefits including health, transit, and pension plans.
