Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs and training
  • Lead planning, analysis, design, and development processes for multiple learning units simultaneously
  • Facilitate interviews with subject matter experts to capture content, create training documentation, and translate ideas into useful written content and course materials
  • Develop all phases of documentation including planning, research, writing, reviewing, editing, and publishing in multiple formats
  • Create presentations, graphical images, flow charts, diagrams, and screenshots
  • Determine the appropriate blend of instructor-led, hands-on, and web-based learning solutions
  • Research and recommend innovative learning tools and technologies to deliver cutting-edge design solutions
  • Implement and advance learning and development initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with learning technology experts
  • Contribute to new ideas and approaches to improve work processes

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in training design and delivery, management, or related field
  • At least three (3) years of experience in training and instructional design, with a focus on adult learning principles
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience developing e-learning solutions, with experience in Articulate, Storyline, or Studio preferred
  • Experience in the professional services industry is an asset
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Understanding of style guides across industries
  • Proficiency with screen capture software and graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Acrobat
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both French and English, written and verbal
