Job Description:
- Designs learning interventions that satisfy project objectives, with little oversight from managers
- Develops meaningful learning experiences with existing or new content
- Uses visual design to enhance the experience and improve
learning outcomes
- Supports design of learning metrics
- Analyzes and reports on learning metrics, with some guidance
from managers
