Saputo Inc. is seeking a Learning Instructional Designer to design capability-building experiences that accelerate business performance and future readiness.

The role leverages AI-enabled tools, skills-based learning, and LMS systems to create scalable solutions across multiple projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in digital, virtual, and blended learning design, excellent editing and stakeholder skills, and proficiency in Workday, Articulate 360, and Vyond.

Qualifications

• Degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 5+ years designing digital, virtual, and blended learning solutions.
• Knowledge of learning principles, methodology and learning experience design.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end learning journeys that drive behavior change and performance improvement.
• Use AI tools to accelerate content development while ensuring quality and relevance.
• Curate, validate, and enhance AI-generated learning assets.
• Translate capability and skills gaps into targeted learning solutions.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, and SMEs to identify development needs.
• Develop learning solutions across classroom, virtual, digital, and on-the-job modalities.
• Measure effectiveness through analytics, feedback, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Support skills-based learning pathways, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives.
• Contribute to governance standards for learning content and AI usage.

Overview of the role

The Learning Instructional Designer is responsible for designing capability‑building experiences that accelerate business performance, future readiness, and workforce capability. The role leverages AI‑enabled tools, skills‑based learning approaches, and learning technologies to create scalable, high‑impact learning solutions aligned with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will support multiple projects by conducting interviews, creating content, and ensuring document accuracy, while maintaining electronic platforms and assisting with emerging technology research.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications

• Degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Strong skills in editing, analysis, and instructional design.
• Minimum of 5 years experience designing digital, virtual, and blended learning solutions.
• Knowledge of best practices learning principles, methodology and learning experience design.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
• Project management capability, ability to lead multiple projects at once.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• AI‑assisted content development and prompt engineering.
• Skills‑based learning and workforce capability frameworks.
• Learning analytics and reporting.
• Learning technologies and LMS ecosystems (e.g., Workday, Articulate 360, Vyond).
• Change management and adoption strategies.

Salary

80,130 to 105,170. Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
