The Role
Contribute to the overall success of Canadian Fraud Management by executing specific goals, plans, and initiatives that support the team's business strategies and objectives. Ensure all activities comply with regulations, audit protocols, internal policies, and procedures.
The Instructional Designer is responsible for developing learning content based on established frameworks.
Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:
- Execute change requests for updated and new training content, including version accuracy, request requirements, and formatting and language standards.
- Develop or advise on the overall framework, design, and strategy of courses, ensuring alignment with learning needs and service level agreements.
- Create mock-ups and scripts of storyboards to support digital learning content development.
- Ensure usability and accessibility of learning material by utilizing technical digital knowledge to develop accessible digital content.
- Maintain learning programs to ensure content is current, user-friendly, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide end-user support and resolve low-risk inquiries and concerns.

- 2+ years of experience in learning design within a corporate environment.
- Expertise in training and development standards and methodologies.
- Strong design, organization, and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
