Reporting to the Manager, Solution Design, Advice Canada Advisor Experience, the Instructional Design Specialist designs, develops, implements and maintains innovative learning solutions that build measurable capabilities and enable performance within our service partnerships. This includes but is not limited to onboarding, compliance, operational processes, practice management as well as product and technology education for a variety of key strategic initiatives within key audiences.

The base salary for this position is between $52,800 - $97,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
