NorQuest College is seeking a compassionate Instructional Assistant for its Wetaskiwin Campus. This role involves supporting adults with mild developmental disabilities in a learning environment, collaborating with faculty to enhance curriculum delivery, and ensuring learner participation. Ideal candidates will have relevant education and experience in adult education, particularly with diverse learner needs.

Are you passionate about adult education and supporting learners with diverse needs? If so, we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Instructional Assistant to join our Integrated Training Programs team, specifically within the Transitions to Employment program at the Wetaskiwin Campus.
This program supports adults with mild developmental disabilities in preparing for the workforce through a blend of classroom and workplace training.
You’ll report to the Associate Chair of Innovative Education and play a key role in empowering learners to succeed.

SALARY: This is an Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE) role, and the pay range is quite large. Please check the AUPE Collective Agreement Appendix A to better understand how pay is determined.
