A bit about the job:
This is a high-impact role within our Americas Distribution team. You’ll lead business development efforts across the region, cultivating trusted partnerships with institutional clients and consultants while identifying opportunities to co-create bespoke investment strategies.
You’ll own the sales process end-to-end—from shaping go-to-market strategies and identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing mandates. You’ll represent Aviva Investors at industry events, act as a strategic voice of the client internally, and bring valuable market insights to inform our product roadmap. You’ll also support the development of colleagues and help embed a high-performance, collaborative culture within the team.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
A strong track record in institutional sales with both private and public market investment solutions
Entrepreneurial mindset with a relentless drive to uncover and capture new opportunities
Deep understanding of investor needs, including regulatory and market challenges
A robust network across key institutional segments and consultants
Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels with credibility and impact
