Job description

Responsible for performing diverse duties including demolition and removal of existing windows and doors, retrofitting openings, working at heights and on ladders. Collects and thoroughly inspects product before properly loading onto work trailer for transporting, to ensure no defects or damage; Refers customer questions and requests to the Lead Installer; daily cleaning and disposal of debris from truck and trailer; placing tools, materials and equipment in assigned areas; Reports deficiencies or issues to Lead Installer as soon as possible.

Qualifications :

• A combination of technical skills, physical capabilities, and soft skills. Key qualifications include experience with power tools, carpentry, and familiarity with window installation, though some roles may be entry-level. Strong communication and customer service skills are also essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to efficiently and expertly complete basic installations of windows and doors into opening, guaranteeing a high standard of workmanship. Proficient in using machinery and various hand and measurement tools provided by the company. Congenial and professional with customers at all times. Exhibits good communication skills. Understands technical information and drawings including basic knowledge of construction and home building.
