Job description

We are looking to expand our team with experienced Sales Associates for Installation Services. This position will be for our Kent store located at – 50 Moncton Street, Moncton, NB.

This position will focus on Windows, Doors, and Siding.

Qualifications
  • A strong foundation in Sales and customer service
  • Problem solver who can work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and team player
  • Organized, capable of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and sales objectives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new software programs
  • Ability to travel to customer sites; a valid driver’s license is required
  • Knowledge of building materials and the construction process is an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in French/English is an asset
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions for their projects
  • Provide customers with an exceptional experience
  • Prepare estimates and negotiate installation service agreements
  • Collaborate with project coordinators to align projects between installation professionals and customers
  • Build and maintain new business relationships for repeat business
  • Oversee relationships with customers managed by the installed sale team
  • Resolve customer challenges efficiently and promptly
  • Document all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep records current
  • Take initiative and confidently manage customer interactions
  • Stay informed about the latest product trends and market conditions
  • Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service
