Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your electrical and mechanical design expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside supportive and innovative teammates.
You'll play a vital role in reducing the carbon footprint of Canada’s busiest public transit system by contributing to the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area’s (GTHA) On-Corridor Works project. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including the Installation Manager, Site Operations Manager, and Field Operation Manager), prepare and execute installation engineering activities, and ensure quality and compliance with our strategies and standards.
You’ll specifically take care of preparing installation material specifications and Installation procedure (Work Instructions), but also support field teams during the preparation of field quality dossiers for handover.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in electrical or/and mechanical design or specialisation or oriented in systems of production/methods/industrial processes
5+ years of experience in design, drafting, or engineering (Installation or Manufacturing experience is appreciated).
Background in EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety).
Quality-focused, resilient, and a team player with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
An innovative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
