Venor is proud to partner with Geneau Signs in their search for an Installation Coordinator to join their team.

Geneau Signs is a trusted wholesale sign installation, repair, and fabrication company known for its commitment to quality craftsmanship and exceptional client service. With a dedicated, fast-paced team environment, they pride themselves on delivering reliable, high-quality signage solutions to their valued clients across the region.

Based in Scoudouc, the Installation Coordinator will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful execution of installation projects while leading a team and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client specifications.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate installation projects while balancing client requirements, available resources, and project deadlines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients to assess needs and ensure installations meet expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Lead, manage, and support a team of installation technicians, providing clear direction, ongoing training, and day-to-day guidance.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope, gather requirements, and recommend efficient installation plans.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and coordinate equipment rentals necessary for project completion.
  • Apply for and manage building and construction permits as required for various projects.
  • Monitor project progress closely, identifying and resolving issues, delays, or obstacles to maintain project timelines.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and provincial safety regulations throughout the installation process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of project details including schedules, expenses, permits, and client communications.

  • Proven leadership abilities with experience motivating and managing operational teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Practical problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure precision and accuracy in project planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Solid knowledge of installation techniques, processes, and best practices within the relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software, tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
