Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an Installation Support Tech to provide on-site technical support at our locations. You will prepare orders, stock shelves, and transport vehicles to dealerships.

The role includes keeping the shop organized, assisting with parts preparation, and helping with daily team tasks and inventory management. Responsibilities also include cleaning vehicles for application, performing final inspections, and supporting the team with various tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 18+ with 2 years of driving experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for the shop and customers.
• Stock shelves with film and related materials.
• Transport vehicles to and from the dealership.
• Keep the shop clean and organized.
• Assist with parts preparation and packaging.
• Clean/wipe down vehicles prior to application and delivery.
• Support team with day-to-day tasks and inventory.
• Assist with monthly inventory and kit cutting.

Core Duties Prepare orders Stock shelves with various six boxes of film Transport vehicles to and from the dealership Keep the shop picked up, organized and clean Help prepare parts for application Clean/wipe down vehicles to prepare them for application and delivery Assist the team with day-to-day tasks Assist with monthly inventory Keep towels laundered Cut kits Perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles Porter clients as needed

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
