Job summary

XPEL Canada in Kelowna is seeking a Tint Installer to support growth and deliver high-quality automotive window film installations. You will uphold excellent customer service, build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and ensure timely transport of vehicles to and from XPEL facilities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and at least two years of tint installation experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or local equivalent.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience; at least 2 years’ experience in automotive window tint installation preferred.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; meet insurability requirements.
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles; excellent eye-hand coordination and dexterity.
• Must listen and follow instructions; keen attention to detail; able to work in a fast-paced environment; courteous with customers and colleagues.
• Must be able to stand/walk/sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

The Tint Installer is responsible for the continued growth, quality, customer service and installation of our Automotive Window Film line.

Core Duties

• Install automotive window film with a high level of quality
• Maintain and preserve professional relationships with local XPEL customers, both wholesale and retail
• Transport vehicles to and from XPEL facilities and other third-party locations
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or local equivalent
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience. At least 2 years’ experience in automotive window tint installation preferred
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Excellent eye hand coordination and dexterity
• Must listen and follow instructions well
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Courteous attitude towards customers and fellow employees
