Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee the installation department end-to-end. You will lead installers, schedule projects, and coordinate with designers and production to ensure quality service.

The role emphasizes strong customer relations, team development, and efficient project delivery within a fast-paced home improvement environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in product installation (e.g., home improvement/building maintenance, appliance repair/installation, kitchen/bathroom installation, and other closet/cabinet experience).
• Superior customer service skills from prior work experience.
• Skillful management ability to manage and develop people.
