Explore Learning is seeking part-time tutors in Didsbury to coach and mentor learners. You will deliver tailored sessions with Compass, build relationships, and drive progress through the national curriculum and GCSE prep. You’ll work around a 6-hour weekly schedule across two weekdays with some weekend flexibility.

You must be aged 16+, have the right to work in the UK, and hold at least GCSE 6+ in Maths and English. Perks include staff discounts and bonuses for referrals and progression.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 6 or above (or equivalent).
• Comfortable supporting ages 4–16 across the national curriculum.
