We’re currently seeking an Inspections Services Coordinator for a 12-month contract with the potential for extension.

Role Overview

As an Inspections Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting inspection operations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team committed to safety, precision, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

  1. Scheduling and coordinating site visits with clients for our field staff via phone and email (Inspections team).
  2. Processing work orders.
  3. Collecting and updating client contact details to maintain accurate records.
  4. Providing support to the Inspection Department on administrative tasks such as invoicing, reporting, and data processing.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in scheduling and administrative support or a related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (intermediate Excel & Word); experience with scheduling software preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
  • Knowledge of TSSA.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
