As a result of our continued growth and focus on client service and efficiency, we are seeking an experienced Inspections Officer to join our team.

About the Role:

As an Inspections Officer, you will be responsible for conducting Residential Construction Inspections and providing comments on the following:

• Reinforcement to footings and foundation slabs;
• Timber wall framing, bracing, and tie-down of 1 and 2 storey residential houses;
• Retaining walls;
• Swimming pool reinforcement.

This role requires a high level of independence, attention to detail, experience within the building industry, strong verbal communication skills, the ability to work autonomously, and manage inspections efficiently.

We welcome discussions with structural engineers of all levels, as well as experienced building inspectors or supervisors interested in an alternative to standard full-time, office-based positions.
