Job summary

ADF Group Inc. seeks a Quality Control Inspector for either dayshift or nightshift in Terrebonne, QC. You will inspect complex metal structural components and perform NDT in line with contract specs to ensure product integrity and safe manufacturing processes.

Under supervision of the Quality Control Supervisor, you will document activities, identify non-conformities, and ensure compliance with quality standards while maintaining a strong commitment to health and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in steel manufacturing.
• CWB VT1 and/or CGSB MT1/UT1 certification (or higher) or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in office software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect complex metal structural components (dimensional and visual).
• Perform non-destructive testing as required by contract specifications.
• Apply verification criteria in accordance with applicable standards.
• Document all inspection activities.
• Detect, document, and follow up on non-conformities.
• Read and interpret complex plans.
• Understand the organization’s quality requirements and ensure compliance.
• Demonstrate independence of mind and judgment.
• Observe occupational health and safety rules.

Under the supervision of the Quality Control Supervisor, you will be assigned inspection and non-destructive testing tasks based on your qualifications, contractual requirements, and production priorities.
