Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Insider Threat Analysis Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will support and enhance our counterintelligence and insider threat programs to protect our organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Provide expertise and support for Counterintelligence (CI), Insider Threat programs, Information Assurance, Security, and Law Enforcement.
2. Manage and lead a team, prioritizing resources to ensure effective threat analysis and response.
3. Develop and implement strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate insider threats.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and practices.
5. Conduct investigations and analysis of potential insider threats.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including ND 50-05/DoD 8570.01-M.
7. Prepare and present reports and briefings to senior management.
8. Travel worldwide as required to support organizational needs.

Required Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Security Studies, Computer Science, Behavioral Science, or Criminal Justice.
2. 10+ years of relevant experience in CI, Insider Threat programs, Information Assurance, Security, or Law Enforcement.
3. Experience managing a team and prioritizing resources independently.
4. CISSP and appropriate ND 50-05/DoD 8570.01-M certification.
5. Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph clearance.
6. Ability to travel worldwide.
