Who You Are

The successful candidate will:

• Review customer bid packages and quote requests
• Specify products, assemblies, and systems through our product offerings
• Generate Quotes through ERP System (Odoo!) Newly Launched
• Present quotes/proposals to customers both verbal and writen.
• Demonstrate a high level of competence and accuracy when creating part numbers, descriptions, BOM’s, costing/pricing conditions, etc.
• Respond to customer requests, displaying a sense of enthusiasm and urgency appropriate to customer expectations
• Proactively follow up on quotations and customer information requests, directly interacting with customers

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Instrumentation Engineering Technologist Diploma or a technical diploma in a related discipline from an accredited educational institution preferred (C. Tech, A.Sc.T); or equivalent industry experience
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, with a GSD (Get Stuff Done!) attitude
• Demonstrate ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with clients
• Strong technical, oral, and written communication skills
• Knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards such as ASME, CSA, ISO, etc. is considered an asset
