Who You Are

The successful candidate will:

• Review customer bid packages and quote requests
• Specify products, assemblies, and systems from our offerings
• Generate quotes through our ERP system (Odoo!)
• Present quotes and proposals to customers both verbally and in writing
• Demonstrate competence and accuracy in creating part numbers, descriptions, BOMs, costing, and pricing conditions
• Respond to customer requests with enthusiasm and urgency
• Follow up proactively on quotations and customer inquiries

The ideal candidate will have / be:

• Instrumentation Engineering Technologist Diploma or related technical diploma (C. Tech, A.Sc.T), or equivalent industry experience
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, with a GSD (Get Stuff Done!) attitude
• Ability to solve problems and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent customer service skills and rapport-building ability
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ASME, CSA, ISO is an asset
