Position Overview

Under the guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role performs various sales support functions for technical sales representatives. Responsibilities include creating quotations, following up on quotations, and providing sales administration backup. Additional duties are outlined below.

Responsibilities
  • Work with technical sales to create customer quotations for filtration and maintenance services.
  • Follow up on quotations, clarify client questions, and assist in closing sales.
  • Understand specifications and costing processes to explain quotations and answer technical questions.
  • Prospect and generate leads using historical customer data and proactive business development.
  • Manage customer information and interactions in Albarrie’s CRM system.
  • Coordinate service reconciliation after project completion, including expenses and documentation for invoicing.
  • Assist sales administrators in entering sales orders and other administrative tasks when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Maintain positive relationships with team members and management.
Qualifications
  • Completion of a College Diploma in a relevant technical field is an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
  • Strong technical skills and hands-on ability.
  • Effective sales techniques and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure with multiple deadlines.
