Reporting to the Regional Manager, the right candidate will be responsible for administration and sales duties, including billing and collections as needed.

Support growth and maintenance of our business and reputation in BC, Canada.

The ideal candidate will be based at our office located in Surrey, BC.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Manager in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers and cultivating new prospects and revenue opportunities.
  • Assist the Regional Manager in RFP and RFQ processes and help develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Ensure timely reporting of accounts and activities using in-house CRM and accounting programs.
  • Process all orders accurately, ensure timely production, follow up, and organize deliveries, paying close attention to detail.
  • Maintain a professional and confident communication style, with proven experience in customer service within a sales-driven environment.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Positive, outgoing attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience supporting and communicating with end users, distribution, and retail accounts is beneficial.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative, customer service, or sales support roles.
  • Proven success in previous roles.
  • Highly organized with professionalism, ethics, confidentiality, and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and accounting programs is ideal.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Passionate, resilient, and self-motivated.

What We Offer

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
  • Salary range $40,000-$50,000 per year, based on experience and skills.
