Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of submersible pump sales experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

What you will do:

  • Provide excellent quality customer service via email, phone, or fax in a friendly, courteous, efficient, and timely manner
  • Entering and processing sales orders and quotes
  • Sourcing and purchasing products
  • Order picking as required
  • Meet with customers outside of our facility as required

What you will bring:

  • Minimum Grade 12 education
  • 3-5 years of submersible pump sales experience is required (Hydromatic, Myers, Berkley, Liberty, Barnes, Tsurumi, Little Giant)
  • Commercial inline pump sales experience is an asset (Armstrong, Grundfos, Bell and Gossett, Paco, Taco)
  • Water softener experience is an asset
  • Experience in providing customer service to a wide range of customers
  • Proven organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience working independently and in a team environment
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow existing business relationships and establish new ones
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer knowledge
