Summary

As part of the Operations Team, the Account Representative (Inside Sales) will demonstrate sales and problem-solving skills to increase our customer base on the demand-side (Renters). We seek a natural salesperson who is dynamic, empathetic, passionate about helping people, and enjoys negotiating win-win solutions. Your main responsibility will be acquiring new renters who meet our criteria through inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and internal process management to set our customers up for success.

Your Role

  • Use sales skills and relationship-building to convert leads into active renters.
  • Communicate the value of Sharebee and its products clearly to prospects.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure smooth renter move-ins.
  • Identify and develop best practices for the sales team and others.
  • Represent Sharebee's mission, brand, and products as an ambassador.
  • Maintain constant communication with prospects via email and phone.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant sales or account management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in the Self-Storage industry.
  • Experience in the Moving industry.

Compensation

  • Base salary plus commission and stock options (equity).
