This position would be based out of Quebec and would be remote.

Job Description

The Bilingual Inside Sales, Skyline Capital position will utilize their strong relationship management skills and experience to maintain the highest level of excellence in customer experience for investors while supporting Skyline’s shared goal of creating meaningful value and an exceptional experience for our customers, our people, and our communities.

What you will be doing :
  1. Coordinate the production of market insights and specialized research materials aimed at informing current and prospective Investment advisors and Portfolio managers about Skyline's offerings.
  2. Educate, train, and motivate Investment advisors and financial professionals to foster partnerships, strengthen relationships, increase Skyline’s market share in the territory, and develop high-quality leads for the Regional Vice-President.
  3. Support the Regional Vice President in preparing for client meetings, roadshows, events, and presentations.
  4. Collaborate with the Group Capital team to increase sales and market share through proactive sales calls with new and existing Investment advisors and Portfolio managers.
  5. Develop and foster relationships with Advisors and Institutional firms with the goal of promoting Advisory and/or portfolio investment suite offerings.
  6. Provide reliable and timely information to current and prospective investors and support their needs.
  7. Maintain excellent customer satisfaction through quality client support.
What The Role Is All About :
  1. Create and implement your business plan in collaboration with the Regional Vice-President for your assigned geographic territory.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities via proactive sales calls to investment advisors, uncovering and developing opportunities using conceptual selling techniques.
  3. Advise and provide value-added ideas about Skyline products and services to support advisors in a changing business environment, building sales partnerships in your territory.
  4. Support dealers and brokers regarding market and fund performance, and review portfolio profiles.
What Are The Qualifications :
  1. Post-secondary degree required.
  2. Successful completion of a financial services industry program course such as CSC or CFA Level I.
  3. Willingness to pursue new ideas, motivated to achieve results, energetic, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Interest and curiosity in capital markets and their relation to the fund industry.
  5. Completion of CFA, CFP, or CIM is an asset but not required.
  6. Knowledge of French and English to support Investment advisors, Portfolio managers, and team members within and outside Quebec.
