• 3+ years of Warehouse and Forklift Experience.
• 3+ years of successful retail, business, or sales experience.
• Valid Forklift License - asset.

Job Description

INSIDE SALES / SHIPPER AND RECEIVER

Roofmart isa major Canadian distributor of residential, commercial Roofingand Sidingproducts with over 50 locations across Canada.

Customer’s first point of contact when they are shopping in-store or calling the branch. Picking, preparing and loading purchased product on to the Company truck or customer’s truck.

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

• The customer’s first point of contact when shopping in-store or calling the branch
• Completing sales transactions, daily banking reconciliation reports, and purchasing
• Required to pick, prepare and load purchased product on to the Company truck or load the customer’s truck
• Required to offload and put away product that is delivered to the branch
• Responsible for the safe and efficient movement and storage of the product while at the facility
• Lifting 80lbs and operate a lift truck.
• Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized
• Demonstrating excellent customer service and strong communication skills as you interact directly with customers

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

• College diploma and / or 3 or more years of Warehouse and Forklift Experience
• 3 or more years of successful retail, business, accounting, or sales experience
• Valid Forklift License - an asset (training can be provided)
• Ability to lift, push and carry 80-100lbs repeatedly
• Knowledge of the roofing industry would be considered an asset

WORK AUTHORIZATIONS AND TRAVEL;

• Authorized to work in Canada
