The Role
As an Inside Sales Representatives II, you will play a key role in driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, providing tailored solutions, conducting product presentations, and negotiating contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to sales are essential for success in this role.

What You’ll Do

  1. Manage and grow a designated account portfolio.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  3. Create and deliver accurate forecasts.
  4. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients/prospects.
  5. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
  7. Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and product teams to align offerings with client needs.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

What You’ll Bring

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (B.A)
  • 3+ years of proven, on-quota sales experience in B2B software applications.
  • Experience selling licenses/subscriptions to large, complex organizations, with a track record of managing all aspects of territory.
  • Proficient in negotiating business terms with line-of-business leaders, senior management, and C-level executives.
  • Consistent history of exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
  • SAAS sales experience preferred.
  • Bilingual language an asset - French/English.
  • Must reside in Canada.
